Spent the long holiday out in the woods wakeboarding, MX and socializing. Went in the woods with Marc and bounced off a few boulders on my ass. Ended up deep in a ditch and two old doods on ATVs had to help me to get the bike out :) That was definately not my best moment. I was too borked to ride by the time we got to the sand pits. This is a picture from my phone of Marc taking a picture of me on his phone. Gotta love technology. Posted by Hello

It's Thursday, Sti

And I am working today so I can have tomorrow off. I am on the road for pretty much a whole week and then it's a short week next week. I am really booked solid until the end of september and I'm pretty stoked about it. I am hoping that the weather is good so we can try out the landlock surfboard thing. I tried it last year but couldn't quite completely let go of the rope. Oddly enough I used to be able to ride my longboard ropeless behind my old bayliner but can't seem to do it with the nautique. Anywez, I've got tons of people coming in from out of town over the next two months so it should be an awesome summer and if any of my other out or in-town friends want to come up to do some wakeboarding or ATV/Motocross, lemme know. A whole bunch of Triple Five Soul people went to a party in St. Donat last night and are supposed to be coming to my countryplace today so hopefully I can get out of the office early today. Mimi is on her way to Ocean City to do some surfing, I hope she runs into some dolphins although she'll probably have a heart attack if she sees one in the water. Posted by Hello

I can't get enough of Skid Row and Strung Out right now. Yeeehaa. Speaking of which, I think I need to go pick up some wife-beaters for the weekend. Posted by Hello

Went to the dealer in Granby yesterday and the machine shop. I love machine shops, sparks and metal flying everywhere. The old fellow that fixed my strut and shaft did some awesome work. I am actually really surprised that they were able get everything straightened out but then again those guys are really the masters at what they do. I've got all my new parts and I should be back in the water by tomorrow PM. Mimi is going surfing next weekend somewhere on the east coast with her girlfriends. They are going to freeze their nipples off. As for me, I'm on the motocross program. Posted by Hello

Leather Butt

I spent four hours riding motocross in the woods this weekend and my ass feels like it's been paddled and my inner thighs have been attacked by rabid midgets with baseball bats. Oh yeah, I'm losing my voice so don't call me for a couple of days. And, yes I know that my chain is loose. Posted by Hello

Catch and Release

Brent caught a little bass. Nobody wants to clean fish so all but the monsters go back to sea. Posted by Hello

Sad sight of my boat being hauled around by tractor this weekend. Posted by Hello

Apparently I can blog via email from the road. I wonder if I can do that with a camera phone?

Three to Five Grand

Thats what it costs to fix a 425HP wakeboard boat that I drove into the rocks yesterday. Man that was an expensive 4 seconds. The rudder ripped off and the propeller looks like crumpled paper. I need a beer. Some of the bros on the lake gave me a tow and then helped me get it to a marina. Props to my new friends Joe and Tony and especially my life long friend Al. Joe once drove his Mastercraft into a swamp in the middle of the night and 25 feet onto dry land. He knew something was wrong when there were fir trees whipping by his head. They nearly had to heli-lift the boat out of the forest because no boat or truck could ever get into the swamp - finally got it out by building a wooden ramp and winching it out by hand. I bet you it cost more than three to five grand. I didn't feel so bad when I heard his story.

And here is my girl Mimi (R) and some other random girl on my boat Posted by Hello

And this my friends is what I did all summer in 2003. Posted by Hello

Now this is definitely how I didn't spend my winter. Ok, maybe once or twice. Posted by Hello

Sombody tell me why everybody's heads are different sizes? It's definately not the altitude. Last week some friends and I met up together for the first time in over a decade. A little less hair and a few more wrinkles but the song remains the same. Posted by Hello

Have I ever told you about my lambretta? Posted by Hello
